Professional Development
Ben first joined DJR through a work experience placement facilitated by Starting Point. His aptitude for construction work and strong work ethic quickly became apparent, leading to an apprenticeship in bricklaying. He has since achieved his Level 2 NVQ qualification in bricklaying and continues to expand his skill set across multiple construction disciplines.
